Please complete the form below to update your membership records.  Once you have completed the form, you will be redirected to a Paypal form where you can enter your credit card information to pay your dues.  Because Paypal charges a fee for their services the total charge will be $21.50 and it will show it payable to Mike's  name.  Upon arriving to the Paypal page, click on the button that says "CHECKOUT AS GUEST", you will be asked for your email address and then be forwarded to the screen to enter your credit card info.

Once all the membership dues have been collected, Mike will write a check for the total amount and transfer it to Carol for safekeeping.
